Welcome to our Children’s Leadership Team
The Children’s Leadership Team play an important role at Springmoor Grange and 1 member from each class are elected to become a member of the CLT.
Leadership Team members participate in Class Council discussions with their peers and meet with the Assistant Headteacher (AHT) on a regular basis. During these meetings, members have the opportunity to bring matters to the attention of the AHT, while also following an agreed agenda. This agenda is drawn up by the Children’s Champion, who is a pupil from Year 6 whos is elected by the whole school.
