Computing

Our computing curriculum allows pupils to gain key skills and knowledge in the three main areas of the computing: computer science (programming and understanding how digital systems work), information technology (using computer systems to store, retrieve and send information) and digital literacy (evaluating digital content and using technology safely and respectfully). Our curriculum prepares learners for their future by equipping them with the tools for an ever-changing digital world.

In all areas of our curriculum, we place an emphasis upon developing key vocabulary to help equip the children with the tools they need to immerse themselves in the subject.
